We’re looking forward to Men’s Retreat 2026 at Lakewood Park Bible Camp. “Man Up” is our theme in the vein of 1 Corinthians 16:13. We are going to learn why we need to be men of strength and courage in everything we do, and to step up and be the men that God has called us to be.
Randy McPherson of Matthew’s Bows will be joining us to share with us the incredible story of how the largest bow and arrow company in the world came to be. And his own amazing God story and how with God’s help, “Big things can happen from small beginnings.” Ephesians 3:20
He is looking forward to meeting everyone and hanging out with the men and talking about, “You will never be the man you want to be, until Jesus is where he needs to be!”
And Randy is bringing a Matthew’s Bow to give away!
We are also looking forward to having Moody Malavi join us as our weekend comedian. Moody is a Southern Baptist Iranian comedian, no joke! If that’s not enough, his mother is married to his father-in-law. (Some jokes really do write themselves). We’re looking forward to laughing with Moody on Friday night of Men’s Retreat.
